Military push-ups – Sets 3 / Reps: 1 / Break: 1 min
Shadow boxing – Sets: 3 / Reps: 2 / Reps: 1 min
Dumbbell Lunge – Sets: 3 / Reps: 1 / Break: 1 min
Shadow boxing – Sets: 3 / Reps: 2 / Break: 1 min
Burpee – Sets: 3 / Reps: 1 / Break: 2 min/
