VIDEO Demonstration: Hard boxing routine with high intensity exercises!

Do you feel the muscle burning  from exercises that  you are doing? No??  Then,  you are doing it wrong.

This routine training exercise by coach, Rogan Allport, includes many kinds of exercises of high intensity, which will help you become a good boxer.

Do one set of each exercise and repeat the exercises from the  list three times. The final result will be half an hour hell! Ding ding!

Shadow boxing – Sets: 3 / Reps: 2 / Reps: 1 min

Military push-ups – Sets 3 / Reps: 1 / Break: 1 min

Shadow boxing – Sets: 3 / Reps: 2 / Reps: 1 min

Dumbbell Lunge – Sets: 3 / Reps: 1 / Break: 1 min

Shadow boxing – Sets: 3 / Reps: 2 / Break: 1 min

Burpee –  Sets: 3 / Reps: 1 / Break: 2 min/
