Jose Mourinho has requested from his Manchester United players to show love for the club and help them overcome the difficult start of the season.
The Red Devils will host the match against Valencia tonight at Old Trafford for their second meeting at the group stage of the Champions League.
Although Mourinho’s players won the first game in this competition, against Young Boys, they have not won any of the three meetings since then, they where stopped by Wolves and Derby County and lost from West Ham this week.
While news for the problems inside United continue to circulate, the pressure on Mourinho is rising, however the Portuguese has demanded better reaction from his players.
“I prefer to say the attitude of the players is the most important thing, and from the supporters I can not ask for more,” Mourinho told the United website.
“I think it’s time for the players to show in the field that they love the club as much as the fans do,” he added.
