Manchester City is trying to strength the midfielder and the target for the summer transfer window is Real Madrid star Toni Kroos, reports Don Balon.
According to Don Balon, the Premier League champion will first test Real with 70 million euros, a figure that could increase during the negotiations with Real Madrid board.
