REAL MADRID star Gareth Bale is not interested in a move to Liverpool this summer.
Sensational Spanish reports claim the Wales international has said no to an Anfield switch as Los Blancos try to bring Mohamed Salah to the club.
Bale is expected to leave Real Madrid this summer after another injury-hit season.
But Don Balon, known for their bold transfer claims, say the 28-year-old wants a move to either Manchester United or former club Tottenham.
Real are keen to bring Salah to the Bernabeu after his stunning form for Liverpool this campaign.
The Egyptian winger has netted an incredible 40 goals in all competitions for the Reds.
But Real president Florentino Perez believes the only way they can being Salah in is if they propose a swap deal to Jurgen Klopp.
Bale is not interested though as he is said to believe Liverpool are not among the elite clubs in the Premier League.
The forward thinks a move to Manchester United or Spurs will give him a better chance of winning title honours in the remainder of his career.
Bale’s decision has complicated matters for Real supremo Perez who will now need to come up with an alternative offer to try and secure the signing of Salah.
Los Blancos have struggled in La Liga this season and find themselves 15 points behind Barcelona with just six matches left to play.
Zinedine Zidane’s side have made it into the semi-finals of the Champions League though where they will face Bayern Munich.
Liverpool are also still in the competition and will take on Roma in the last four.
That means a potential Champions League final which could see Salah line up against the side who want to bring him in this summer.
