The criticisms that James Rodriguez got for his performances this season with Bayern Munich did not end the interest from big clubs. Juventus is one of the teams that wants to have the Colombian in the squad.
“The Old Lady” has already begun to plan James Rodriguez’s transfer over the next summer transfer window. Italian club leaders are willing to spend around 70m euros for his transfer.
To make this transfer happen, Juventus will have the support of Cristiano Ronaldo, who has good relations with him since their time together in Real Madrid. The Portuguese striker and the Colombian have the same agent, Jorge Mendes.
However, the player is currently Bayern Munich player, and James is in the last season as a loaned player from Real Madrid. The German club has the option to buy the Colombian. If Bayern activates this option then James will stay there until 2022.
