Wenger: I would like to keep him

Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger has admitted that Spanish striker Lucas Perez could leave Arsenal at the end of the season.
“If I will be manager I would like to keep him, but we have to sit down and see if he has a real chance to play,” Arsenal’s boss said.

“He is a high-ranking striker, but I can not play him in the matches he desires and deserves, I accept that,” said the Frenchman.

Perez, who has a contract with Arsenal until June 2020, has scored seven goals in 21 appearances for the Gunners.
