Antoine Griezmann will not end up at Inter in a deal for Lautaro Martinez or in a separate deal according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it.

Reports in the media have suggested that Griezmann could be offered as part of a deal and one report has even stated th at Inter have demanded him as part of a deal for Lautaro but this report claims that Inter will not pursue a move for him as he simply costs too much.

Griezmann currently earns around €20 million a season between his base salary and bonuses, a sum well out of Inter’s reach at the time being.

The report goes on to state that the only way Lautaro Martinez will be allowed to leave the club is if an interested club is to trigger the €111 million release clause in his current contract.

In the event a club does trigger the release clause, Inter will not be found unprepared and have already set their sights on bringing in Arsenal’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to replace him.

Inter would be willing to spend between €40-45 million for the Gabonese international and would give him a three year deal with an option to a further year.
