Thiago Silva will leave PSG in the summer

Thiago Silva’s future seems to be far from Paris Saint Germanin. It seems the parties have failed to find a deal to renew the Brazilian contract, which expires in June.

According to French media, the 35-year-old’s agent has asked the PSG for a renewal for two years, but the club from Parc des Princes has refused. Sporting director Leonardo said Thiago Silva must successfully wrap up his 8-year adventure with the French to leave room for young talent.

So the club have offered him a professional contract toa a 17-year-old player, Tanguy Kouassi, also one of Paris’s targets for the summer transfer window is Napoli’s defender Koulibaly. Despite the current situation, Thiago Silva could return to Milan, where he played from 2009-2012.
