Ibrahimovic’s statue in his home town of Malmo has been vandalised, with the nose being sawed off and the little toe going missing.
It is thought that Malmo fans are responsible for damaging the statue after Ibra became co-owner of arch-rivals Hammarby.
Last month the statue was set on fire and spray painted by angry supporters, who also wrote “Judas” on his front door and left him a “RIP” message on top of a Malmo badge.
Fermented fish was also left outside his house along with the comment “You smell bad!”
Ibrahimovic used to be a popular figure at Swedish side Malmo after making his name at the club before going on to become one of the world’s best players.
His relationship with fans has been damaged as a result of his investment in Malmo’s rivals, Hammarby.
The 8ft 9in sculpture designed by Swedish artist Pete Linde was only erected in October, but has been vandalised twice by Malmo ultras.
The fury comes after Zlatan purchased a 50 per-cent share in Hammerby and promised to make sure the Stockholm based side dominates Scandinavia in the future.
He stated: “I will contribute my experience after everything I’ve gone through. With my unlimited network. Whatever is needed, really.
“I want Hammarby to have the best youth academy in Sweden. Hammarby should get the best talents and nurture the best talents.
“I have resources that can help and a network that opens up what is needed to be able to have the best academy.”
