Juventus are said to be increasing their efforts to land Real Madrid playmaker Isco next year, according to reports.

Calciomercato claim that the Bianconeri are pushing to construct a deal to land the Spain international, who is said to be valued at €75m.

It is claimed that the midfielder – who completely fell out of favour at the club under previous boss Santiago Solari – had been prepared to leave Los Blancos this summer.

However, Zinedine Zidane’s return ensured that the playmaker had no intention of leaving the club and instead remain at Madrid under any circumstances, according to Marca last month.

Madrid are said to have rejected approaches for the former Malaga player on this basis, with the hope that Isco would hold a role with greater prominence this season.

Previous reports have cited former Juve midfielder Andrea Pirlo, who has said: “Juventus need a player like Isco, immediately.”

Isco has a contract at the Santiago Bernabeu until 2021 but found the net just three times in a mere 11 La Liga starts last season, with his future appearing to be in the balance.
