De Jong jokes he didn’t think it’s appropriate to drink with Messi

Dutch midfielder Frenkie De Jong has spoken about his relationship with Barcelona captain Lionel Messi.

De Jong: “Drinking mate with Messi? I haven’t had it yet, I don’t think it’s for me.” And then he laughs.

“When I talk with Messi it’s in Spanish, that’s good for me to learn the language.”
