According to RAC 1, the entourage of Neymar is optimistic about the Brazilian’s transfer to Barca after the meeting today. They value the proposal of the club.
The report said that Barcelona have given PSG three proposals, from which the Parisian club already have ruled out one: A loan with a mandatory buy option in 2020.

The other two proposals, and these two take PSG into consideration, involve cash and players.
Barcelona believe it’s time for Neymar to make gestures now. This would make everything easier.
