Barça made a 10m offer for Porto right-back but they rejected it, according to Portuguese paper O Jogo.
Tomás Esteves, a 17 year-old right-back playing for Porto, has rejected Barcelona’s offer.
He has a release clause of €10m which the Catalans were willing to pay. His current club are desperately trying to increase the release clause to €30m.

Esteves will play with the reserve team next season.
