Everton to make formal bid over €35m to Barcelona

RMC report that Premier League side Everton will make a formal bid to Barcelona in the coming hours worth more than €35m to sign Brazilian winger Malcom.

The 22-year-old is manager Marco Silva’s top target, and the Toffees already tried for him last winter.

Everton are for the moment the only side to have concretely positioned themselves for the former Bordeaux winger, but Arsenal are also in the hunt and are regularly discussing with the player’s entourage.

However, the Gunners have yet to make a formal bid.

Barcelona are looking to move Malcom on this summer, just 12 months after he arrived.
