Barcelona ‘willing to sell two.superstars’ to secure Neymar’s return

If Barcelona decide to try and bring Neymar back to the Camp Nou, the Blaugrana would have to find a way to fund such an expensive deal.

The Brazilian left Barcelona for Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2017 for 222 million euros and, although it seems as if his value has decreased since then, the Ligue 1 champions would certainly still command a gigantic fee for him.

As such, the Blaugrana may consider offering a player in order to reduce the cost. Specifically, there are two players who the Catalan side paid for with the Neymar money that could be used as a makeweight in the deal: Philippe Coutinho or Ousmane Dembele.

Neither of the two have been able to fill the void that was left by Neymar, nor have the Barcelona supporters fallen in love with them in the same way as they did with the current PSG forward.

Given that the Catalans paid more than 100 million euros on each of them, too, including one of them in the deal should bring the cost down significantly. For this reason, Barcelona should make a push to sign Neymar this summer.
