Bayern look to sign another Madrid superstar on loan next season

With Real Madrid looking to offload outcast Gareth Bale this summer, Bayern Munich may be pouncing with an offer to get him on loan for next season, according to The Sun.

Manchester United have already rejected a move for the Welsh star, however the German champions may be the club willing to pay his hefty wages.

Bale is on £350,000 a week after tax, and Bayern are on the lookout for replacements for Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery, who left the club at the end of the season.

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has made no secret of his lack of interest for Gareth Bale, despite the important goals he has scored for the club over the years.

However, the Wales international has no intention of leaving the Spanish giants ahead of the new season, even though Zidane has marginalised him since his return as manager last season.

Real want to sell Bale this summer as they look to balance the books and raise further funds for transfers following an expensive summer to date with Eden Hazard, Luka Jovic and Ferland Mendy already signed.

They may even be looking to spend more money, with Manchester United’s Paul Pogba on the list of potential transfer targets.

Bale has let his fellow countrymen know that he has no intention of leaving Real Madrid this summer, despite knowing he will be unlikely to get much playing time next season.
