The 2019/20 transfer market promises to be a significant one and Bayern Munich are the first team to warn the football world.

Club president Uli Hoeness has announced that they are prepared to make some mega investments in the summer in order to rejuvenate the squad.

Yet Bayern are not the only club preparing to splash out in the summer months.

Here, we take a look at the European giants preparing some serious shake-ups.

Bayern Munich

Last December, the German club announced that veterans Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben will be leaving at the end of the season after representing the Bundesliga giants for a decade.

As a result, the Bavarian team need to rebuild.

The arrival of Benjamin Pavard for 35 million euros is already a done deal and the club have expressed interest in Atletico Madrid’s Lucas Hernandez as well.

They are believed to be willing to spend around 200m euros during the next window.

Real Madrid

This season was an disaster for the Spanish giants.

Having going through three coaches and having essentially lost out on all three titles before March, Florentino Perez knows reconstruction has to start now.

Nobody has filled the void left behind by Cristiano Ronaldo and the board will have to sign some of the world’s top players in the next window if they want to re-strengthen their attack.

The arrival of Eder Militao from Porto for 50m euros has been the starting signal for the new signing campaign and the likes of Paul Pogba, Christian Eriksen, Eden Hazard, Mauro Icardi, Harry Kane, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar have all been linked.

Paris Saint-Germain

After being knocked out of the Champions League at the last 16 stage once again, the club understand some substantial changes are needed.

The Parisian team already have Neymar and Mbappe leading their attack so their best bet is to look for young players with fresh talent.

With their latest sponsorship agreements, the club can continue to invest a lot of money and to try to achieve the Champions League title that Nasser Al-Khelaifi dreams of.

Manchester United and Juventus

Both these clubs are in need of some changes and Paulo Dybala seems to be one of the key figures linking them.

The Red Devils are reportedly willing to invest a large amount of money in the next transfer window in order to build their team and could pay up to 120m euros for the Argentine, while Juventus could receive Romelu Lukaku as part of a swap deal.
