The Bianconeri are 18 points clear at the top of the Serie A table and qualified for the Champions League quarter-final thanks to their 3-0 victory over Atletico Madrid on Tuesday evening.
Ronaldo bagged a hat-trick and has earned himself some rest, as CR7 is not even in the travelling party going to Marassi.
Mario Mandzukic, who limped off during the Champions League success, does make the trip.
