Milan already have the budget for summer transfer window.

Milan will have a budget of 130 million euros for the summer transfer window, according to Italian media.
Chinese consortium, “Sino-Europe Sports” is ready to take Milan, this is expected to happen on 3rd March.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Fininvest expects to place 420 million  in the process of taking ownership.

Out of them, 320 million will be used to buy the club, with 200 million already paid.

But the paper believes that Sino-Europe will offer 130 million euro transfer budget and prove that they are serious.
