After a good start to the season with Belgrano, defender Bruno Amione is in the radar of many Italian clubs.
The centre-back, born in 2002 and considered to be the ‘next Romero’ is in fact eyed by Juventus, Inter and Genoa. Especially the Rossoblu are considering his profile as a possible replacement for Cristian Romero himself, who – despite having signed a contract extension through 2023 – is heavily pursuit by Juventus.
There are not only Italian clubs interested in Amione, as Atletico Madrid have been pursuing the youngster for a long time. However, the only clubs to make an official approach with Belgrano were Racing Club de Avellaneda and Boca Juniors. The former have also submitted an initial official bid to Belgrano, offering to buy 50% of the economic rights of the player, in order to jump ahead of the other suitors, especially Boca Juniors. The Xeneizes are keeping a close eye on the centre-back, but they have not made any concrete steps towards the signing of Amione yet.
