Juventus named their squad for the Coppa Italia trip to Bologna, but Mario Mandzukic and Joao Cancelo are unavailable.
The Round of 16 tie kicks off at the Stadio Dall’Ara on Saturday at 19.45 GMT.
Max Allegri confirmed Cancelo will make his comeback after surgery for the Supercoppa against Milan on January 16.
However, the full-back is not in the squad making the trip to Bologna this weekend.
Mandzukic is also out, joined by long-term absentees Juan Cuadrado and Andrea Barzagli.
Moise Kean and Federico Bernardeschi have shaken off fitness problems.
