Not surprisingly, Salah was declared the player of the match and was given the prize at the end of the game, but the Egyptian refused the award, insisting to go give it to Milner.

“I do not accept it. It is his [Milner] 500 match, “Salah said.

“He deserves it today, because he has a stunning career. I hope to have more games like this in my career, but I will not get it [the prize], “added Salah.
