Manchester City defender Kyle Walker has said the club will be able to win matches without Belgian midfielder Kevin de Bruyne.
The English champion will miss the midfield star due to a knee injury, an injury he suffered during training. City has not made it official for how long he will remain outside field, but media reports he will be out for at least two months.
“Kevin is a great player, and it’s a disaster that has happened to him in training, but in the squad we have a lot of good players,” Walker said.
“We are not relying on just one player. Football is a team game and anyone who joins the game will be fine. Of course it is a big loss, but we have enough players to cover his absence. ”
