“To play a final is difficult, to play two very hard but to play three…”

In Kiev, Real Madrid will have the opportunity to win the Champions League for the third time in a row, but Toni Kroos thinks that to achieve that it is not an easy task.

The German has won this precious trophy three times – once as a Bayern Munich player and two times with Los Blancos – and has now described the feeling of being a participant in such an event.

“Playing a final is difficult, playing two is very difficult, and playing three is madness,” Kroos said.

“It has not happened before and I do not know if it will happen again, but we will be looking for the third title in a row,” he added.

On Saturday, May 26, Real Madrid will face Liverpool in the final of Kiev.
