La Masia youth player Mateu Morey is the latest young player to leave Barcelona and is set to join Bayern Munich in a €3m deal, say reports in Spain.
RAC1 reported on Wednesday the 17-year-old will become the latest young star at the Blaugrana to depart following Jordi Mboula and Eric Garcia switching to Monaco and Manchester City respectively.
The teenage defender impressed at the recent Under-17s European Championship and Bayern are thought to have run the race for his signature ahead of several other high-profile suitors.

Morey arrived at the Camp Nou in 2015 after starting his youth career with Real Mallorca but the Catalans were powerless to stop him leaving after his release clause was trigged by the Bundesliga champions.
