Southampton defender Cedric Soares enjoyed a superb season, and a host of top European clubs have been linked with him ahead of a summer move.

The latest to join the race are Real Madrid, according to reports in Portugal.

A Bola, as reported by Sport Witness, have reported today that all three of Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona are keen to sign Cedric from Saints this summer.

The Portugal international had his best ever season last term and with full-backs becoming all the more sought after, it should come as no surprise to see such interest in the defender this summer.

It’s stated in the report that Sporting CP will take 15% from any future sale of Cedric, but Saints will be keen to keep hold of the defender ahead of next season.

Real Madrid already have both Dani Carvajal and Danilo at their disposal, so it’d be somewhat surprising to see them move for another right-back.
