Madrid have De Gea bid rejected?

Manchester United have reportedly rejected a €68m bid from Real Madrid for goalkeeper David de Gea.

According to Sky Sports News HQ, United see no reason to sell De Gea, who is still happy at Old Trafford.

Los Blancos tried to sign the Spain No 1 on the final day of the summer 2015 transfer window, but the paperwork was not filed in time and he ultimately penned a new contract with the Red Devils.

However, Marca claims United are holding out for €75m or a swap deal involving Alvaro Morata and €25m.

Despite Keylor Navas’ consistently-good form between the sticks, that has seemingly not stopped Madrid from targeting a ‘marquee’ goalkeeper, with Thibaut Courtois also linked.
