Real Madrid ready to sell midfield maestro to Man United in huge move

Jose Mourinho could be about to solve the midfield problem that has been a real cause for concern at Manchester United, if the latest report from Don Balon in Spain (translated by The Sun) is to be believed.

They say that Real Madrid are ready to offload Toni Kroos to the Red Devils, in order to fund a huge move to sign ex-FC Barcelona star Neymar.

If the said move for Neymar is to go through, Los Blancos would have to balance their books somehow, and they clearly see Kroos moving to Manchester United as aiding their cause to sign the star man from Brazil.

Kroos is an insanely good footballer who’d strengthen any side in world football, including Manchester United. We’ve seen just how deadly Paul Pogba can play in a three-man midfield alongside Nemanja Matic, but that third piece has been missing. Kroos could be that player who turns us into title contenders once again.

The only issue I see is that there is no way this move would happen in the January window, and it’s likely a deal to pay more attention towards when summer rolls around.
