NEYMAR has reportedly sent a message to Cristiano Ronaldo in an effort to push through a stunning move to Real Madrid.

Neymar moved to Paris Saint-Germain from Barcelona for a world-record £200m fee last summer but rumours are rife that he wants to leave the French club.

Reports in Spain suggest Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is plotting an ambitious swoop to bring the Brazil superstar superstar back to La Liga.

And, according to Diario Gol, Neymar is ready to move to the Bernabeu.

The Spanish publication claim Neymar told compatriot and Real Madrid left-back Marcelo to pass on a memo to Ronaldo about his plan.

He is reportedly willing to play a role as his partner-in-crime, just as he did alongside Lionel Messi at Barcelona.
And Neymar only plans to succeed Ronaldo as Real Madrid’s leading man when his powers begin to wane, according to Diario Gol.

Speculation over Neymar’s future has ramped up since their exit from the Champions League last week.

PSG suffered a 5-2 defeat on aggregate to Real Madrid in their two-legged last-16 tie.

PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has no intention of losing Neymar but the 26-year-old will reportedly only decide to stay if Brazil win the World Cup this summer.

Catalan publication Mundo Deportivo reported last week that Neymar has held talks with Barcelona over a stunning return to the Nou Camp.

Neymar’s not said anything to me, but if it was up to me I would open the door for him to come back right now,” he said.

“Not just because of the relationship I have with him, but because of the type of player he is.

“I would always put Neymar in my team.”
