LUIS SUAREZ has reportedly told his former Barcelona team-mate Neymar not to join Real Madrid at the end of the season.

Neymar has been linked with a return to La Liga ever since he quit the Nou Camp for Paris Saint-Germain last summer.

And Real has emerged as his most likely destination, with Florentino Perez a long-term admirer of the Brazilian.

Neymar is said to have been earmarked as the man Real can build a team around, potentially under a new manager.

According to the latest reports from Spain though, Suarez has ‘warned’ the 25-year-old about what a Bernabeu switch would entail.

Don Balon reckon Suarez got in touch with Neymar last week after Real dumped PSG out of the Champions League.

And Neymar apparently told his ex-Barcelona team-mate about his desire to leave the Parc des Princes.

The prospect of the forward joining Real at the end of the season came up in conversation.

And Don Balon claim Suarez outlined three reasons Neymar should not head to Madrid.

Suarez supposedly ‘warned’ Neymar that Real would cause him problems and that the project there is not as good as it seems.
Suarez also allegedly suggested the former Santos star would become public enemy No 1 in Barcelona and would not be able to visit the city.

Don Balon indicate Suarez advised Neymar to move to the Premier League if he’s to leave PSG in the summer.

And he’s said to have proposed he seeks a deal to join Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.

Suarez passed the information about Neymar potentially joining Real on to his Barcelona team-mates.
