According to Don Balon, Real Madrid star Gareth Bale is not interested in a move to Liverpool this summer. Instead, he prefers a move to either Manchester United or former club Tottenham Hotspur.
The Don Balon claims Bale is set to leave Real Madrid in the summer after enduring another frustrating injury-hit season at Santiago Bernabeu.
However, the report claims that Real president Florentino Perez wants to swap the Welshman with Liverpool star Mohamed Salah.
Salah has been in sensational form for the Reds this season since joining from AS Roma last summer. The Egyptian has hit a staggering 40 goals in all competitions and his rich vein of form has attracted European champions, Real Madrid, the report adds.
However, Florentino Perez believes the only way Real can bring Salah is by proposing a swap deal to Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.

However, Bale doesn’t want to know about any other clubs other than Manchester United and Tottenham. Moreover, the 28-year-old thinks Liverpool lack the ambition to win the Premier League in the next few years and wants to leave to a club which continues winning titles, reports the Don Balon.
The report says that Bale’s decision to not move to Anfield in the summer has complicated matters for Florentino Perez, who will now need to come up with an alternative plan to try and secure the signing of Salah.
As far as Bale is concerned, the Welshman has been not at his lethal best for the last couple of years due to injury problems. However, when he’s fit, he is a brilliant player to have on any team.
Nevertheless, if he thinks that we are not going to challenge for the Premier League title then I’m afraid he’s wrong, as we are the only team in England right now, capable of challenging Manchester City.
