Both teams started the first half with a low tempo and where contain there was no attacking game from Juventus or Inter. The first half was like the teams where testing each other and reading their games.
In first half there were to many fouls made by both teams. Both teams created some small chances to score, but there was nothing serious to mark on the first half. Juventus were forced to take off Benatia because of injury , Barzagli took his place.
The second half was completely different, the tempo was very high lot of chances created both teams played better than the first half. After 66 minutes of game the first goal was scored, Alex Sandro made a wonderful dribbling and cross to assist Lichsteiner who scored the goal. Juventus had the lead only for 2minutes. On the 68 minute Inter scored from a corner kick and who else if not Icardi.
Perisic made a big impact on the game he came on the 69 minute and made lot of problems to Juventus defense with solo dribbling and crossing he also scored the winning goal after Asamoah gifted the ball to Inter players and Icardi made a wonderful assist to Perisic who scored on the 78 minute.
Higuain could have scored after a wonderful cross from Alex Sadro, but the ball finished out of the goal. Pjanic also tried to score from free-kick but the ball pas near the post. The tempo was still high but Juventus failed to make any serious chance and their display was really poor on this match.
